2008 – Reacquired Technical Services and formed The Stable Group Inc.

2011 – Development of Wireless Management Software

2015 – Stable Technical Services + Mairiner Inc. formed

2022 – Added Mechanical services

2025 – Mairiner Inc. rebranded
